Formula One is a popular car racing sport throughout many European countries. The truth is, many love to watch this sport but they don’t understand its roots and development. Formula One begun officially in the year 1946 governed by Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) rules. After about four years of its introduction, it ventured into a World Drivers’ Championship in 1950. Since then it has greatly developed into being the most watched and loved sport alongside football. It had people like Nino Farina and car makers like Alfa Romeo winning the inaugural championship. Many people then followed suit and now we have many other popular drivers who have been winning since: people like Lewis Hamilton have been leading in this sport.
Just like any other sport, there are rules and regulations that govern Formula One. This include the size of the car that should participate for example, it should have four wheels and should contain roll structures ahead and behind the driver among other rules. During racing, there are race marshals with a set of flags that give various messages to the driver. The flags are of different colors which have different meanings. One is supposed to be able to understand the different meanings in order to be able to participate in the races.
The news that is hitting the headlines about the Formula One sport includes the FIA conference scheduled to be held in the year 2012 in Brazil. This shows that the game is really moving forward in the sport field. Once you become a fan of this sport, you will never miss any bit and by that I mean that you should not miss the big game happening in Brazil 2012. The preparations are already underway therefore you should remain updated. The tickets are affordable therefore you shouldn’t miss any of these games. Make sure to attend for you to meet great champions like the Ferrari team and the rest.
The Formula One race has always been able to trigger a special feeling in the spectators that not all sports can. Such feelings for example are like the happiness and joy that the Toro Rosso team had in October 2011 after winning Grand Pre. Such joy can only been seen after winning such a great race. Be sure to join the other fans in the joyfulness as you celebrate your team. Racing around the track in the Formula One sport gives one the joy that no other sport can ever bring.
